Department of Science and Technology Secretary Mario G. Montejo greets student-participants to the Science Nation Tour, a national roadshow that aims to make communities “feel” science through various activities relevant to different sectors of the society. The roadshow runs Feb. 16-18 and will feature launches of various projects, visits, fora, technology demonstration, inventors’ contest, exhibits, and others. According to DOST XII Regional Directo, Dr. Zenaida P. HR Laidan {left), DOST XII will supplement the event of not just informative and enlightening but also amusing and entertaining S&T activities activities for the people to enjoy while learning and being kept abreast of S&T developments. With Sec. Montejo and Dr. Laidan is Dr. Urduja A. Tejada, DOST asst. secretary for countryside development.
