PRAISE given to outstanding DOST-TAPI employees

The PRAISE Committee establishes a system of incentives and awards to recognize and motivate employees for their performance and conduct.

Held annually, the said awards give commendation to the valuable contributions of the employees in the operations and overall targets set by the Institute.

“In this room filled with familiar faces, I am overwhelmed by inspiration and hope as we take the new step into endless possibilities and opportunities.,” said DOST-TAPI Director, Atty. Marion Ivy D. Decena.

She also mentioned earlier this year during the Unraveling the RISE: Road to Innovative Science and Technology Engagements of DOST-TAPI on 31 January 2022 that, “DOST-TAPI is our home.”

The Most Innovative Award is given to employees who have introduced innovations in the operations of the Institute, making it more efficient and effective.

Meanwhile, the Loyalty Award is given to employees who have shown commitment and dedication by staying in the Institute for years, even decades.

Finally, the Director’s Award for Excellence is given to employees who have displayed outstanding achievement, and exceptional performance, dedication and contributions in support of the Institute’s goal.
