Officials and employees of the Department of Science and Technology-Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII) join and support the observance of the 2018 18-Day campaign to end the Violence Against Women (VAW) which ran from 25 November to 12 December 2018. The said campaign aims to raise awareness among all stakeholders that VAW is a public issue of national concern and to provide support to the goal of the Philippine Government to protect the human rights of women and its commitment to address all forms of gender-based violence. STII is an information and marketing arm of DOST which responsible in disseminating all related and necessary information about the department. (Text by Allan Mauro V.
