Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job preferably in Mass Communication, Development Communication, Marketing
Experience
One (1) year experience in writing, editing, and/or desktop publication work
Training
At least eight (8) hours of formal training on news writing and editing

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and lead the implementation of communication plans/strategies to promote the DOST-PCAARRD eLibrary through appropriate media mix
Write and package IEC materials to support the promotion of eLibrary
Create content for the intended audience in various communication platforms of PCAAARD
Coordinate tri-media collaboration/output
Assist in regional trainings
Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time
