The Science and Technology Information Institute (STII) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) is in need of personnel to occupy the following vacant positions under the General Appropriation Act (GAA) Regular Fund

Requirements	Education Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, and Public Administration Experience None, but one (1) year experience is an advantage Training None, but four (4) hours of training on Recruitment, Selection and Promotion is an advantage Eligibility None required
Duties and Responsibilities	Act as Secretariat for Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Assist in the onboarding of new hires; Perform as alternate Secretariat on webinars, trainings, and workshops for internal staff of DOST-STII; Prepare computation of wages and overtime services of contract of services; Search for partner organizations, schools and job sites for pooling of applicants; Conduct field work within the Philippines whenever necessary; and Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
