Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication (MassCom, Devcom), Journalism

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Writes articles, feature stories, reports and other information materials based on interviews, events and other sources.
  • Assists in monitoring and provides admin and technical assistance in implementing various projects and activities (e.g. GIA)
  • Sources photos and other required materials for articles for publication in various platforms.
  • Assists in drafting annual performance, status, and other special reports.
  • Prepares policy briefs and concept papers.
  • Writes assigned articles for various platforms, particularly for media releases and publication.
  • Assist in reviewing, proofreading and editing information materials.
  • Gather, sort and proofread materials for different sections within the division.
  • Manage timeline/production schedule of print and digital publications for websites.
  • Prepare administrative requirements for the conduct of commissioned surveys.
  • Prepare/design feedback survey form.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the preparation of materials for print and e-publications, and RTV
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
