The Science and Technology Information Institute (STII) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) is in need of personnel to occupy the following vacant positions under the Developing the DOST-PCAARRD Innovation and Technology Center e-Library (DPITC e-Lib)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferably Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related courses

Experience

• At least one(1) year of relevant experience

Training

• At least four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility

• none required

Additional qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in WebServers, PHP/MYSQL and Linux based Systems;
• Proficient with web development using development languages including but not limited to  PHP, CSS, HTML, and Javascript;
• Knowledgeable in Android programming;
• Must have strong analytical skills; and
• Team-player, and has positive working attitude.

• Perform as Junior Programmer for SLIMS;
• Develop/create Android App for SLIMS;
• Assist in Webserver setup and maintenance; and
• Assist in systems documentation and testing.
