Master's Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC or CES/CSE Eligible

Four (4) years of supervisory/ management experience

40 hours of supervisory/ management learning and development intervention undertaken within last 5 years

Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level eligibility

  5. Certificate of Employment with Actual Duties and Responsibilities, if any  
  6. Certificate of Eligibility and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for the last two (2) rating period
