Young students often perceive that science circulates in memorizing the formulas, solving the problems, understanding the theories, and familiarizing the periodic tables. This signifies that many of these young students are not aware that science also deals with communication.

Sa pagsisimula ng taong 2024, muling ipinaalala ng Department of Science and Technology o DOST ang importansya ng pagkakaroon ng synchronized timepieces o iisang oras lamang sa lahat ng relo at orasan sa buong Pilipinas.

Nagsagawa ang Department of Science and Technology Region XII (DOST-XII), sa pakikipagtulungan sa Ministry of Trade, Investment, and Tourism of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MTIT-BARMM) ng pagsasanay sa ilalim ng Rural Agro-Enterprise for Inclusive Development (RAPID) Growth Project para sa mga magsasaka ng niyog at kape sa BARMM.
