Ipinakilala ng Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-CALABARZON sa pamamagitan ng Provincial Science and Technology Office (PSTO)-Rizal ang programang Teknolohiya at Inobasyon Kaagapay ng Micro Enterprises o TIKME sa selebrasyon ng Higantes Festival kamakailan na ginanap sa Baranggay San Vicente, Angono, Rizal.
